Uploaded Files
When you upload a video file for conversion, that file is temporarily stored on our server solely for the purpose of processing it into an MP3. Once your download is ready and delivered, the original video and the converted MP3 are immediately and permanently deleted from our servers. We do not retain, analyze, or share your uploaded files.
IP Address
We collect your IP address for the purpose of rate limiting — preventing abuse of the conversion service. This data is not stored persistently and is not linked to any personal profile.
Usage Data
We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited, session duration, and general location (country/city level). This data is aggregated and contains no personally identifiable information. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information.
3. Cookies & Advertising
Vaudify displays ads on the free tier, served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to show you relevant ads based on your browsing activity. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ad Settings or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.

Uploaded video files and converted MP3s are deleted immediately after your download is delivered. No file content is retained beyond the duration of a single conversion session. IP addresses used for rate limiting are not stored persistently.

We use the following Google services, each governed by Google's Privacy Policy:
- Google Analytics — measures how visitors use the site (pages viewed, session duration, general location). Data is anonymized and aggregated.

We are not responsible for the data practices of third-party services.
